You can replace video, audio and still image media items that exist in your media library.
To replace any media item, navigate to your media library by clicking on the Media button from anywhere in the Platform.
Replacing video or audio items
To replace a video item, find it in the library and click on its ID, thumbnail or name to open it.
When the record opens, navigate to the Actions button the top right of the interface and find the Update Media Source link.
A dialogue box will open allowing you select the source of the replacement.
Since you are replacing a video file, click on either the Vimeo or YouTube buttons for video, and the Podcast button for audio.
From here, the steps are the same for adding a media item.

Replacing an image
Navigate to the Media area of your account and locate the image you'd like to change.
Click on the item ID, the image thumbnail or the name to open the record.
Click on the Files tab, which is where you'll modify the image.
Slide the Regenerate All Previews selector so that all preview images are swapped when you change the image.
Then click the Replace button.
Notice the Master File has been removed, and you can select a new one by clicking the Choose File button.
This will pop open a system dialogue box that allows you to select a new image. Select your new image and click to open or accept it.
The new file name will appear in the Master File area.
If this looks correct, click the Save button.
The new image should appear populating the Image Previews and Master File areas.
The new image will replace the old one everywhere the image is being used.
