Individual blocks of content can be set up as block presets to be included across multiple page titles.

Setting up a block preset
Block presets can be created in the same area as other presets, by clicking on the hamburger menu at the top left of the Platform interface to open the Dashboard.
Find and click the Content Presets link.
This opens the Content Presets pane.
If no presets exist, you can click the New Preset button to create one.
A field will appear where you name the preset and then click the Create button.
This will open a new area to be used to create the blocks that make it up the content for the preset.
Click on the Add Block button to add content.

One you have added one or more blocks of content you'd like to include on multiple pages -- in this case, a footer -- click the Save button.
The block is now ready to be added to page titles.
Adding Content Presets to page titles
Find and open the page you'd like to add the preset to.
In the block area, click Add Block button display the list of block types.
Scroll down to the bottom of the list and find the and click the Preset block type.
This will add a blank Preset block to the Content area.
Use the dropdown to find the preset you'd like to add.
After selecting it, you'll notice the name has populated the Preset filed.
You can use the reorder icon to move the block to where'd you want it to appear on the page.
When you have it placed where you like, click the Save button at the upper right of the interface.
You can then preview the page to verify the display.
In this example, the preset included a footer at the bottom of the page.
Note:
You can add this Preset to as many pages as you like.
Any modifications to the Preset itself will automatically flow through to the pages it has been included in.
