Visit the User Account Settings page to update basic settings related to your user account:
- Add or change your avatar image.
- Set your preferred timezone.
- Change your password.
To access the User Account Settings page, click "Settings" in the left toolbar, then select "User Account" from the sub-navigation menu.
Notes on changing your password:
- If you don't see an email from us when you reset your password, please check your spam folder within your email app. If this continues to be an issue, please contact your IT department to whitelist either the "mediastorm.com" domain or the specific sender "donotreply@mediastorm.com" on your mail server.
- In some rare instances, if you did receive the password reset email successfully, but clicking on the link in the email did not work correctly, it is likely because your email system was altering the URL to pass it through an anti-spam proxy service. This is a component of some enterprise email systems. A user who encounters this issue can copy and paste the URL that appears in the password reset email directly into their browser's address bar, instead of clicking the link in the email message.
