To sign in to the MediaStorm Platform, visit platform.mediastorm.com. If you are not already authenticated, you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
If you forget your password or need to reset it, click 'forgot password'
When prompted on the next screen, enter the email attached to your MediaStorm account and click 'Send Reset Instructions'. An email explaining how to reset your password will be sent to you.

If you have trouble resetting your password, there are two known causes for this.
If you do receive a reset email
If nothing happens when the link on the reset email is clicked, it is probably being altered by your system. A solution in this case is to copy and paste the URL from the email directly into your browser address bar, rather than clicking it.
If you do not receive a reset email
This usually means the email is being caught by the your spam filter. It could show up in a spam folder, but some spam filters block messages upstream so that they never reach a the inbox, spam folder or otherwise. We suggest you put in a request with your IT department to whitelist either the "mediastorm.com" domain or the specific sender "donotreply@mediastorm.com" on their mail server. This happens occasionally with .edu addresses since they are often managed by an IT team.
