A new check has been added to Media Import process detect the status of a Vimeo video.
This insures that the video being added has been fully processed before it is added the Platform's Media Library.
If processing is complete, the video will import as expected and display no notice.
If the video is still processing, a message will appear alert the user processing isn't complete, and to try again later.
