The MediaStorm Platform |
The MediaStorm Platform is an online application for creating, managing and publishing a wide variety of rich media projects to websites, social media platforms and syndication channels. |

Dashboard |
The Dashboard is a workspace where users create and manage projects, titles and media. You can always access the Dashboard by clicking on the menu icon on the top-left of any page. |

Work areas |
User interface views for managing and editing media, titles and releases. |
|
Left toolbar |
Clicking links in the left toolbar will updates the work area to the list view of the selected item and update the editing experience for the selected task. |

List view |
The list view is an interactive table with showing details for content in each work area. The table can be sorted by clicking a label at the top of the table. |

Right sidebar |
Use the right sidebar for refining the view of items in the list view. The table can be sorted by adjusting the date, media type, file size and keyword in the right panel. |

Title |
Titles provide playback instructions for interactives and media objects. Titles include supporting information such as subtitles, transcripts, related images and are reusable in as many releases you wish. |

Edit view |
When creating and editing a title the workspace updates to the title edit view. In this view you can add media, add, remove and sort slides and edit metadata. |

Action button |
The action button is in the upper left of the edit view. Use the action button to preview or release a title. |
|
Media |
Media is a robust container that wraps a source file and various other attributes together in a single encapsulated package, which can then be referenced from Titles or released independently. Supported media types include video, audio, images, and svgs. |

Metadata |
Tags, Credits and other data associated with a media object. |
|
Preview image |
All titles have preview images that are used for display in website promotions, thumbnails in video playlists and as thumbnails in platform dashboards. Also can be referred to as a poster frame. |

Release |
Releases are packaged titles or media that have been published to unique media channels such as a consumer website, social platform like Facebook or a video channel such as YouTube. Each release will have unique published rules optimized for given channels. |
